Wierd cleaver
req 9
earth dmg 12% -1 energy regen +4 arm The stats aren't the best but this is the 1st time I've picked up an axe with -energy regen so its all a bit oddball to me. |

Probally not much at all since it has degen and its only 12%.

I know it isn't worth much but like I said, its more of an oddball drop than anything, just want to know if these are common..

they are quite a bit harder to find than enchanted or above 50 mods but.... not that rare.. this one is merchant food
